Overview:
We designed and developed a complete School ERP that runs a school’s day-to-day work in one place, from the front office and admissions desk to the staff room, accounts, library, students and parents. It is built with Node.js on the server, a React front end and a PostgreSQL database, and works in any desktop or mobile browser.

Key Highlights:

  • 7 role-based dashboards:
    Super Admin, Admin, Accounts, Librarian, Faculty, Student and Parent. Everyone signs in from one screen and the server opens the right dashboard for their role; Super Admin can restrict exactly which modules each Admin can use.

  • Online admissions:
    A 5-step admission form (personal details, address, family, class, academic records and documents) that saves as a draft at every step, with optional online fee payment.

  • Admissions registry:
    Pending, approved and rejected applications with search and class filters. Approving assigns a roll number automatically; rejecting records a reason the applicant can see.

  • Automatic parent portal:
    A parent login is created and linked to the child the moment an application is submitted, so parents can follow attendance, grades, fees and library activity.

  • Fees & payments:
    Fee ledger, cash entries, EMI plans, a selectable online payment gateway, receipts and due-date reminders.

  • Academics & campus:
    Attendance, grades and results, notices, student messaging, leave requests, a full library desk (catalog, issue and return) and a support helpdesk.

  • Reports & data import:
    A reports center for admissions, fees and collections, plus CSV import to bring existing students and applicants in quickly.
